We have had a great year in ELL classes! English Language Learners enjoy many small group activities that help them learn to listen, speak, read and write in the English language.
- Kindergarten students learned mathematical concepts and number sentence awareness working in small groups at Indian HIll School.
- Third graders worked on noun and verb sorts and use of adjectives describing nouns to help them create sentences for writing activities. They also got to hang out with their favorite friends..."Nick Noun" and "Alex Adjective"!
- First graders played one of their favorite sight word and vocabulary games "Flip the Pancake" together.
